Business Continuity Management
Business Continuity Management (BCM) it's a one of the ACH Solution module, which enables compehensive implementation of business contiuity in any organization. Besides BCM allows to work out BCP plans, calculateRTO and RPO, conduct BIA analysis and testing and updating BCP plans.
Risk
A module used to manage risk in a organization. Its basic functions are: inherent and residual risk analysis, risk inventory, calculation of risk value and reporting risk appearance.
RODO
Part of ACH solution used to managing personal data. Its a single source of true, which stores information about users and their data access priviliges. We can start the process of access approval to personal data or various RODO analytics.
Audits
Another module of ACH solution to ensure audits management. In this module, we can plan audits, conduct them, generate a non-compliance report, plan corrective and preventive actions, or evaluate auditors.
Information security
Access to information must be limited. Not everyone has to see everything. That is why in this module we define what information are confidential, secret or public. On the other hand, we can start the approval process by defining which information and to whom we will make available.
Helpdesk
The module is designed for reporting errors in applications and IT hardware. It has a built-in SLA, thanks to which we can track the bug handling process on an ongoing basis.
CRM
This module helps with handling relations with clients. It allows to enter all kinds of data about clients and people working for them, to report events related to them and to keep a complete contact history. It also enables to enter project financial data.
Meeting room booking
A module that allows for management of conference room reservations, including access granting, managing keys and issuing certificates confirming access.
